A company is looking for an A2P Specialist to ensure seamless SMS compliance for clients during onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registrations for onboarding clients
- Conduct live calls with clients to guide them through the A2P process and phone number configuration
- Maintain accurate logs of registrations and report on key A2P metrics to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical onboarding, customer success, telecommunications, or a related role
- Familiarity with A2P 10DLC processes and compliance guidelines
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, Twilio, and phone/SMS configuration workflows
- Fluency in English
