Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while accurately recording patient information
• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting individual metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have a quiet and private workspace
• High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
• Must meet technical requirements prior to the first day of training
• Must reside in specific states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• Equipment needed for the role will be provided by the employer
