Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Advocate to work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a professional manner
  • Respond to caller inquiries accurately and document call details accordingly
  • Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
  • Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
