Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and present product opportunities
- Drive product adoption and recommend long-term strategies for customer success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring customer retention and advocacy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of contact center solutions and WFO products
- Consultative approach to understand and address customer needs
- Financial and contract acumen for managing accounts and agreements
