Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to provide customer service in a consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced inbound call center
• Engage with new and existing members to assist with health insurance enrollment and plan changes
• Document all interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Required Qualifications

• Licensed health insurance professionals or experienced sales/customer service representatives
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Experience in consultative sales or insurance advising preferred
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ability to multitask across systems
