Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced inbound call center
- Engage with new and existing members to assist with health insurance enrollment and plan changes
- Document all interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Required Qualifications
- Licensed health insurance professionals or experienced sales/customer service representatives
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Experience in consultative sales or insurance advising preferred
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ability to multitask across systems
