Key Responsibilities

  • Customize service approaches for various communication styles while maintaining professionalism
  • Handle confidential information sensitively and adhere to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously

  • Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment within a 1-hour radius of Richardson, TX
