Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative to manage client accounts for a legal marketing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the intake process
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships
- Review marketing results with clients and recommend additional services as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Own a computer, phone, and have reliable internet access
- Available for at least 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, during business hours
- Comfortable learning about various attorney practice areas
- Willing to study the company's marketing approach
- Familiarity with Zoom Phone and Zoho is a plus
