Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer prior authorization inbound calls from providers/members and resolve formulary and benefit issues
• Process prior authorizations using various computer systems while ensuring data accuracy
• Handle inbound phone requests and gather member data for pharmacist consultations

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Kansas
• 6+ months of customer service experience with healthcare professionals
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability for a 5-day weekly commitment, including possible weekend shifts
