A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer prior authorization inbound calls from providers/members and resolve formulary and benefit issues
- Process prior authorizations using various computer systems while ensuring data accuracy
- Handle inbound phone requests and gather member data for pharmacist consultations
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Kansas
- 6+ months of customer service experience with healthcare professionals
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability for a 5-day weekly commitment, including possible weekend shifts
