Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will drive customer success and engagement in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure product adoption and satisfaction
  • Manage and report on key success metrics, including churn reduction and customer satisfaction
  • Develop tailored strategies for customers, facilitating their unique workflows and needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
  • Experience managing complex accounts and driving renewals and expansions
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and mitigate risks effectively
  • Familiarity with tools such as ChurnZero, Close.io, and Google Suite
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and conferences as needed
