Key Responsibilities

- Develop tailored strategies for customers, facilitating their unique workflows and needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
- Experience managing complex accounts and driving renewals and expansions
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and mitigate risks effectively
- Familiarity with tools such as ChurnZero, Close.io, and Google Suite
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and conferences as needed
