Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Pharmacy Benefit Verification Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients to ensure timely access to care and medication
• Perform benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and appeals
• Answer incoming calls and resolve issues professionally

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) speaking required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management and billing/reimbursement preferred
