A company is looking for a Lead - Customer Success Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of service offerings for various products and assist in using customer data to inform campaign effectiveness
- Act as a key support contact for enterprise clients, providing product demonstrations, training, and optimizing product usage
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare reports on client activity and satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in client support, customer service, or marketing coordination, preferably in B2B SaaS or related industries
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities
