Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Premium Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong business relationships with customers and assess their needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, verifying issues in customer environments
  • Document work performed and share technical knowledge with customers
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with terminal emulation products and multi-factor authentication technologies
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work
  • Ability to obtain a US Dept of Treasury Minimum Background Investigation clearance
