Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and analyze product-related support tickets and bug reports
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to document, escalate bugs, and verify bug fixes
  • Maintain support documentation and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a product support, QA, or business analyst role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of COBRA and the Compass platform is a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and bug tracking systems
  • Basic understanding of web or mobile technologies and user experience principles
  • Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills for organizing feedback or analyzing data
