A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and analyze product-related support tickets and bug reports
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to document, escalate bugs, and verify bug fixes
- Maintain support documentation and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a product support, QA, or business analyst role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of COBRA and the Compass platform is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and bug tracking systems
- Basic understanding of web or mobile technologies and user experience principles
- Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills for organizing feedback or analyzing data
