Required Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment
- Ability to handle 85-100 contacts per day
- Keyboarding skills with a typing speed of 45 WPM and 95% accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
