Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value of Compliance products and services
- Consult with customers to ensure successful implementation and evaluation of Compliance digital learning programs
- Monitor account health, address potential issues, and collaborate with the Account Team for customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
- Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and understanding of regulatory training needs
- Effective project management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in customer strategy and organizational direction
