Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers accurately and timely
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
- Ability to adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
