Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the clinical care team, including handling phone inquiries and managing faxes
- Assist with patient orders, referrals, and follow-up to ensure delivery of necessary medical equipment
- Facilitate medical records management and support data entry functions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma
- Completion of a Medical Terminology course preferred
- Medical office experience preferred
- Five years of work experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of computers and data management in an electronic system
