Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical care team, including handling phone inquiries and managing faxes
  • Assist with patient orders, referrals, and follow-up to ensure delivery of necessary medical equipment
  • Facilitate medical records management and support data entry functions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma
  • Completion of a Medical Terminology course preferred
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Five years of work experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of computers and data management in an electronic system
