A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to complicated client inquiries and collaborate with management across departments to ensure resolution
- Analyze escalations by providing detailed reports on drivers and root causes, including monthly data analysis
- Generate weekly trending reports for management, highlighting issues, root causes, and potential solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
