Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative (Temp Position).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the escalated point of contact for client inquiries regarding background screening programs and account workflow
- Perform report research and analysis, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Provide leadership support to Client Success Representatives and participate in client-specific training
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of client relations experience with a dedicated book of clients
- Background screening and/or pre-employment screening experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; secondary education strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
