A company is looking for a Platinum Support Account Manager - Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical voice of the customer and advocate for client needs
- Monitor resolution times for support cases and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Collaborate with account teams and attend bridge calls for escalated issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Voice and Non-Voice Contact center applications
- Knowledge of voice protocols and contact center technologies
- At least two years of experience with telecom and call center integration
- 3+ years of experience in software support or account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
