Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, ensuring a seamless adoption experience and ongoing support
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and driving security maturity
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and solution usage, identifying opportunities to enhance value and expand service adoption
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments
  • Experience in a managed service provider environment
