Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare setting
• Residency within the state of Washington
• Preferred experience in call center or scheduling roles
• Preferred knowledge of patient communication protocols and value-based healthcare settings
