Key Responsibilities
- Assist insurance agents by taking calls and providing support for the ACA enrollment process
- Troubleshoot platform issues and answer questions regarding applications and referrals

Required Qualifications
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
- Previous customer service experience
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
- Ability to collaborate and multitask effectively in team settings
