Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Agent Support Representative (Remote - FL).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist insurance agents by taking calls and providing support for the ACA enrollment process
• Troubleshoot platform issues and answer questions regarding applications and referrals
• Follow support protocols while delivering thoughtful service with a balance of efficiency and empathy

Required Qualifications

• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
• Previous customer service experience
• 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
• Ability to collaborate and multitask effectively in team settings
• A dedicated and distraction-free workspace for remote work
