Key Responsibilities

• Answers telephones, responds to complex customer inquiries, and forwards calls as needed
• Researches customer inquiries and provides timely responses
• Records calls, processes requests, and maintains accurate account history documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• One or more years of customer service or telephone experience
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
• Experience with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
• Skilled in the use of help desk software
