A company is looking for a Property Large Loss Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess team member performance, providing feedback and coaching
• Promote training and development for team members and supervisors
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for quality and service enhancement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• CPCU or AIC Designation preferred
• TX & OK Adjuster License required
• 10-15 years of Property Claims experience, with 8+ years in management preferred
• Experience leading remote teams and creating a supportive work environment
