Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers and API partners, providing solutions and navigating the AI landscape
- Build technical proofs of concept and help customers integrate the company's technology into their workflows
- Design and execute customer engagement initiatives and strategies to drive product adoption and revenue expansion
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in customer success, sales engineering, or account management in high-growth technology companies
- Hands-on experience with APIs and basic proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience in building analytics dashboards and deriving insights from customer data; SQL and data visualization expertise preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
