A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
- Document calls within a call tracking system to ensure clear and accurate resolutions
- Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and review claims for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
- Prior experience working with health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
- Ability to prioritize and manage through change
