Key Responsibilities
- Initiates and implements programs to enhance caregiver experiences
- Consults with stakeholders to guide caregiver experience initiatives and strategies
- Leads vendor management for tools and technologies related to caregiver experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- Four years of experience in program or project management and vendor management
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed
- Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in change management is preferred
