Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Ecosystem Customer Accounts and drive customer success metrics
- Lead onboarding activities and ensure successful adoption of the product
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address process gaps and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with project management tools
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or the SaaS industry is preferred
- Genuine interest in SaaS software and a proactive attitude towards learning
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
