A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable customer success playbook and framework for the DACH region
- Manage relationships with 40-50 enterprise clients, focusing on onboarding and long-term product adoption
- Monitor customer usage to identify improvement areas and drive account expansion and renewals
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organization
- Experience with technical products, particularly in conversational AI
- Commercial experience managing renewals and expansions with a focus on NRR
- Strong builder mindset with a focus on customer excellence and scalable solutions
- Fluency in German and English
