Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end patient care process with urgency and accuracy
- Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Assist with insurance, prior authorization, and appeal processes
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role preferred
- Previous experience in Hub services or patient support services preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with insurance types: Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans preferred
- Robust computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office
