Third Party Liability Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPL Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Third-Party Liability accounts and work an average of 60 unique accounts daily
• Contact patients to gather accident details and insurance information, and submit hospital bills to insurance companies
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and personal injury attorneys to ensure timely payment of hospital bills

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one-year experience in hospital revenue cycle processes preferred
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing collection practices, such as HIPAA and FDCPA
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
