A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their Canine Care Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand voice to current and prospective customers
- Deliver a memorable customer experience to build long-term relationships
- Manage customer relationships across multiple channels and track feedback
Required Qualifications
- Passion for pets and empathy towards dogs
- Experience in customer-centric roles (retail, food service, etc.)
- Ability to improvise and tackle challenges creatively
- Experience with Gladly or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred
