A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist Florida Medicaid providers with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound call inquiries from Florida Medicaid providers and document calls in the database
- Provide consultancy on insurance and healthcare, routing inquiries to appropriate teams as needed
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met by processing calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of customer service experience
- Experience in a metric-driven work environment
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with knowledge of medical terminology
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to navigate multiple screens while on calls
