Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to plan participants compassionately, exceeding their expectations through various communication channels
- Safeguard confidential information and translate complex plan information into understandable instructions for customers
- Maintain accurate call and case notes while collaborating respectfully with colleagues and participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
- High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in a customer service-related field
- Ability to work in a structured environment and follow protocols
- Experience using Microsoft Office and multitasking with multiple computer windows
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment, including online training and interactions
