Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Representative to assist customers with payment gateways and merchant accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding administrative and billing issues, documenting all transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for merchants on POS systems while navigating multiple credit card processing platforms
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their questions and issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in banking, technical support, customer service, or related fields
- Experience in the credit card processing industry is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Must have and maintain high-speed internet; dial-up/satellite internet is not acceptable
