Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery for Microsoft Business Applications, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency
• Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Service Management or a similar role within a Managed Services environment
• Understanding or experience working with the ITIL framework
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and client accounts
• Dedication to ensuring client satisfaction and delivering value
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
