Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls and service requests regarding insurance policies
- Process customer, carrier, and partner requests in a professional and timely manner while ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Support field agents and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and retention
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required
- Ability to work flexible schedules to meet customer needs
