Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound communications with customers, partners, and insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls and service requests regarding insurance policies
  • Process customer, carrier, and partner requests in a professional and timely manner while ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Support field agents and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and retention
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred
  • Active Property and Casualty license is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to meet customer needs
