Bilingual Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound adherence calls to improve Medicare Advantage STAR measure scores and handle inbound calls from members
• Manage 90-100 outbound/inbound calls daily using an auto dialer
• Work Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm in the candidate's local time

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, or Vietnamese
• Pharm Tech license in the state of residence (excluding Oklahoma)
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience
• 1+ years of true call center experience
