Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound adherence calls to improve Medicare Advantage STAR measure scores and handle inbound calls from members
- Manage 90-100 outbound/inbound calls daily using an auto dialer
- Work Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm in the candidate's local time
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, or Vietnamese
- Pharm Tech license in the state of residence (excluding Oklahoma)
- 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience
- 1+ years of true call center experience
