Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, ensuring efficient one-call resolution
- Create and update patient referrals and applications accurately
- Provide empathetic support throughout the reimbursement process, guiding patients from initial contact to final approval or denial
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare-related experience preferred
- Familiarity with call center or hub services preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies preferred
- Ability to multitask while using multiple software tools
