Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare-related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with call center or hub services preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies preferred
  • Ability to multitask while using multiple software tools
