Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels and negotiate fair injury settlements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Experience in claims handling, particularly in bodily injury cases
• Proficient in using innovative platforms and tools for communication and negotiation
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Legal background or relevant education may be preferred
