Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success to manage relationships with corporate customers and optimize their use of technology products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships and optimize customer usage of technology products
  • Provide superior customer experience by coordinating expectations, advising on best practices, and addressing feedback
  • Communicate customer activity and support internal teams in developing business review presentations and proposals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment
  • Prior experience with customer success software such as Gainsight or Planhat
  • Experience with technology products and supply chain risk management
  • Consulting experience is preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to manage complex customer needs and requirements
