Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success to manage relationships with corporate customers and optimize their use of technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships and optimize customer usage of technology products
- Provide superior customer experience by coordinating expectations, advising on best practices, and addressing feedback
- Communicate customer activity and support internal teams in developing business review presentations and proposals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment
- Prior experience with customer success software such as Gainsight or Planhat
- Experience with technology products and supply chain risk management
- Consulting experience is preferred
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex customer needs and requirements
