Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Lending Customer Insurance Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one call/touch resolution for consumer lending product inquiries from members and internal customers
- Act as a liaison between vendors, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and facilitate insurance cancellations and transfers
- Process refunds and manage insurance-related documentation while assisting with quoting and policy reviews
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Five years of customer service experience, with three years in insurance/lending products
- High school diploma or equivalent; a two-year college degree is preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with insurance software and products
- No specific licenses or certifications required
