Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution, tracking, and reporting of Customer Success initiatives
- Coordinate events and initiatives, ensuring customer engagement and logistics management
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program and project management
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and success orientation
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint administration
- Ability to build and sustain relationships at the executive level
- Experience in organizing and facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions
