A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician (Monday-Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system during business hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software
- Manage user accounts and access permissions using Active Directory or similar tools
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT help desk or support roles
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
- Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Ability to work Monday-Friday during business hours
- Basic networking knowledge
