Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician (Monday-Friday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system during business hours
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions using Active Directory or similar tools
Required Qualifications
