Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers to understand client care needs and scheduling requirements
- Build relationships with caregivers to understand their availability, skills, and personality for effective matching
- Assist in the continuous improvement of scheduling efficiency and seek creative solutions to scheduling problems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Ability to travel to the office every Wednesday and visit caregivers in the community every other month
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
