Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to support sales and customer success teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide information regarding customer invoice/billing questions
  • Create and automate reporting and dashboards for internal sales/customer success teams
  • Support the generation of revenue from new business and renewals through tools and automation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field, ideally supporting sales teams in hospitality or travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce reporting/analytics and advanced Excel functions
  • Strong interest in technology and business data, with a passion for the hospitality and travel industry preferred
