A company is looking for a Cares Retention Advocate (Licensed).
Key Responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound calls to resolve member issues and prevent disenrollment
- Handle inbound support with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct annual plan reviews and assist with re-enrollments
Required Qualifications
- Active health insurance license (multi-state preferred)
- 1-2 years of customer service, retention, or Medicare sales experience
- 2026 AHIP preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) a big plus
