Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-tier technical support to customers via phone, web, and email
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and maintain communication with customers regarding their requests
- Act as a customer advocate by resolving high-priority issues and capturing feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in software support or a related position
- Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Capable of passing nationwide Criminal Justice Information Systems background clearance
- Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
