Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Professional Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple loan files through origination, processing, underwriting, and closing
• Evaluate loan scenarios and work directly with borrowers and agents to ensure a smooth process
• Maintain accurate files in Encompass and participate in marketing and relationship-building efforts

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending (processing, origination, title, escrow, or underwriting)
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA, RD, and SAFE Act guidelines
• Experience with Encompass, Optimal Blue, DU, LP, and Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
